Building homes in SG06 would increase car use not reduce it. Nearest transport hub is, on average, over 2 miles from SG06.
SG06 meets all five key criteria for green belt.
The 2024 desk-based assessment of SG06 is deeply flawed. SG06 makes a major contribution to Green Belt Purpose.
SG06 consists of high-quality agricultural land, contributing to food security.
The same proposals were rejected by the Planning Inspector in 2017.
SG06 is a major contributor to the core requirements of the SWLP.
