REFID 55 Land South of Chichester Lane, Hampton Magna. Inappropriate development of green belt. Detrimental impact on local residents who have already dealt with two new sites which damaged trees, hedges and local infrastructure including properties and railway bridge. Reduced local cohesion already seen including increased crime. Further development would do the same again. Insufficient infrastructure, doctors/shops/school, to support new homes. Significant negative impact from further traffic. Will cause increased flooding on A46. Insufficient water supply and drainage at the site.
