No further development should take place South of the River Avon given the lack of adequate Road, Rail or Public transport.

Cars and personal trasports options are the only ones that are available to most people living in South Warwickshire and nothing in this plan suggests that this will chnage - there are too many bland platitudes and well meaning words that will not achive the policy objective without major financial investiment.
