I'm a resident of Wellesbourne and am extremely concerned about the provision of schooling, both Primary and Secondary, in the village should expansion plans go ahead. The local Primary school is already over capacity (some children living in Wellesbourne cannot get a space even as their first choice school). There seems to be no consideration of issues around the impact on demand for school places that will come with this scale of development , as well as increased pressure on local services including doctors and dentist.

Flood risk - area is already vulnerable, further development would increase runoff and flooding.
