Adverse impact on traffic and highways. Local highways are barely coping with additional traffic now, and Stanks roundabout at the junction of the A4177 Birmingham Road and the A46 is no exception. There is no room to expand existing access routes into and out of Warwick and to the M40. Warwick town traffic is already choked due to narrow streets and there being only the two bridges across the River Avon.

Commercial traffic noise and possible emissions would in addition be detrimental to the local environment and to the health and wellbeing of the local population.
