Yes - this will allow development in an area of gretest need without the constriction of the Green Belt.

This option enables development to focus on an area with capacity to meet employment needs, without encroaching on the Green Belt.

Very definetely no need to extend. Look at areas around Coventry to extend work opportunities closer to West Midlands where many jobs have recently been lost in the manufacturing sector.

There are enough empty premises already in existence close to the site eg Heathcote Ind Estate and the Technology Park.

It would be a better alternative to North or South Harbury Lane as a better entrance could be gained from Banbury Road, Grays Mallory, A46 and M40.

Minimises commuting through town centres if housing on that side of Warwick is used.

I am heavily against building more housing on this location. I live right next to the land in question, where I look over the fields and farm land every morning.
There is a huge array of wildlife that live on these fields, I have seen foxes, squirrels, rabbits and even a badger. This is also an area enjoyed by an extensive butterfly population which appears every year.
Not only this but the traffic on europa way is bad enough without the addition of another 1-2000 cars that will be the result of these additional 1250 homes.

No need for more building. A large percentage of business property is currently empty and without the new homes this will not be necessary.

Depends how much of the land would be used - again road congestion is already bad in that area and would be ridiculously busy.

object to industrial use of this lands due to:
Insufficient road infrastructure. - There is already a large volume of traffic between the M40 and the roads leading into Leamington. Including along Europa Way. Additional traffic from any development there especially industrial, would simply add to the ridiculous volume of traffic seen at present. This added to the proposed 1200 houses in the same area would destroy any access to either town or the M40 at peak travel times.
Myton School is just around the corner from there, extra cars on the road and industrial transport would pose a safely risk

There are several industrial units that lie vacant already on Tachbrook Park, Heathcote Ind, Sydenham, Queensway and Warwick Technology Park. Why do we need more?
NB: Several have lain vacant for many years.

The roads are too congested in this area to take any more traffic from industry on this site. Also causes loss of valuable arable land.

Europa way is the main thoroughfare into Leamington and access to employemnt in Spa park / Tachbrook park. Currently it can't cope with traffic flow during rush hour and building yet more emplyment or housing along it's length would just add to the issues.

5bii Where are the plans for the infra structure - schools, services, allotments etc? Where will the current number of households (4,692) on waiting lists fit into this plan and where will they go if they can't afford what is built?

Again, the added traffic on junctions already mentioned above will only create absolute mayhem. Thisis also a short step from filling in the remaining green field sites between Leamington, Whitnash/Tachbrook and Warwick.
