see 3/a above, and this development will destroy ecology of countryside, choke roads, change th enature of the neighbourhood and conflict with the views of residents.

Filling in these green field spaces, decade by decade is creating a huge urban spread from Nuneaton in the north, across 30 miles, to Bishop's Tachbrook in the South.

traffic is one of the hot spots in this area. Roads are dangerous.

Violation of green belt; urbanisation of a rural area, requiring major infrastructural change and increase of traffic density

Industrial premises in a much sought after residential location would destroy the attractiveness and desirability of the area.

I would support IF:
Access to/from site resticted to A46 island, nothing from Birches Lane or Glasshouse Lane due to the volumes of traffic this would bring. These roads are already a "rat run" and choke up, particularly at the St Johns island at peak times.
Also, building must be low profile and sympathetic to the environment.
Given the difficuties in re-developing the Dalehouse Lane industrial site for business though, is this land really likely to bring employment?

Kenilworth already developed to its boundaries.
Character of town will be affected by any further development on the proposed scale.
Transport infrastructure inadequate for any increase in the number of vehicles. Road network built for horse and carts, rather than vans and trucks.
Green belt land important to me as a Kenilworth resident. Part of the reason for moving to the areas was the surrounding countryside.
Destruction of green belt inconsistent with Council's commitment to the environment. Likely to have detrimental effect on residents civic pride if green belt destroyed, with corresponding decline in recycling levels, etc.

As in corridor between Kenilworth town and the A46, transport links would be assured. Why, if the current imbalance between jobs and numbers of workers in Kenilworth needs improving, discount development the south of Kenilworth and the North of Milverton. This would help.

I have grave concerns over many of the current proposed Options in the Core Strategy, especially land at Thickthorn.
There is a multitude of wildlife that our house backs onto, and rich green fields and beautiful trees. Do not want to see all this peace and open space disappear.
There will be more traffic chaos in Kenilworth at peak times as more people get to work.

This is prime farming land which may be lost at a time when food shortages may occur. It is an amenity used by cyclists, joggers, walkers, horse riders that cannot be replaced.

This area contributes well towards spreading the allocations over the wider district and has good access to established infrastructure - a natural choice.

Living locally to this site I know that this is green belt (which obvoiusly means nothing to the council) but besides that I am extremely concerned that when the horse fair is on traffic is brought to a standstill and police are needed to control it so how are the roads going sustain 800+ more cars. Is it going to take me an extra half hour to get to the A46 in the morning?

Any further development of housing or light industry would generate an intolerable level of traffic and also destroy the valuable amenities of playing fields and ecology.
