Yes - but it must be implemented in a more professional and sustainable way than that which was recently employed in Old Town. See Birmingham's Urban Renewal programme.

Tidy up the Packmores. It is not the most attractive place in Warwick - I think it is also called Lower Cape

In order to "lift" peole out of deprivation - the co-ordinaton of all the key agencies is imperative - and it's a very long term problem - the more hi-tech our employment opportunities become - the greater the percentage of those who are unable to access them.

No, No, No. Only in the event that you provide sensible means to overcome the resultant congestion, reduction in quality of life, pollution, noise, etc. This I consider an impossible task.

I'm all for the regeneration of deprived areas. It can turn communities around. lift people out of the poverty cycle. I cannot agree to the question asked that the council has identified all reasonable options as no options have actually been put forward apart from saying it will be on a case by case basis. That's not giving any information on which to make a judgement.
