South Sydenham has had more than its fair share of development already. The area to be concreted is prime farmland. At a time when this country can't feed itself and the UN has released figures putting the number of people offficialy hungry at more than one billion for the first time and food riots a recent memory it would be an act of crass stupidity to build on arable land.It is a fact self evident that growth cannot continue forever so I hope the council will have the courage to make a stand and suspend any new housing developments.

I support all the suggested options as they focus housing on areas best able to accommodate new development, without encroaching on the Green Belt.

Again, more scope for housing here, new houses have not long been built so it won't disturb people too much and shops and schools in plenty

There would be more concentration on merging Whitnash/ Leamington/ Radford Semele. Whitnash is a separate community - Keep it separate.
Lots of houses recently built at Chesterton Heights/ Pebble Island spoiling a beautiful environment. Houses not selling

Radford Semele is at risk of merging. Whitnash is at risk of more sprawl.

Object to the development which will overload existing struggling infrastructure. The construction of 2500 houses will lead to destruction of Tachbrook Valley, loss of countryside, overcrowded services and overburdened infrastructure. Loss of character and distinctiveness of area.
Support the need for more housing but only in sustainable location which protect the greenbelt
Would to see housing growth dispersed through villages and brownfield land sites

very strong objections. Here's & Harbury Lane house proposals will completely OBLITERATE Whitnash as a separate community.

Alarmed at the number and cost to environment of houses being built adjacent to Campion School. Habitats will be damaged if development goes ahead so close to the bridlepath. Concern at where the building will eventually finish in this area. This will damage rural roots Whitnash once had.
