My principle objection to the proposal is the sheer scale of development on the land at Lower Heathcote Farm, south of Harbury lane and the adjacent area of land west of Europa Way.

Little consideration has been given to infrastructure for such vast amounts of housing. There are already difficulties placed on public service due to existing population and growth.

This will harm the quality of life for a large propotion of the exisiting district.

Leamington and Warwick are in danger of becoming like a city and any new road network put in to serve the new development will be of no help to the congestion in Leamington and Warwick.
The area of Warwick Gates/Whitnash has had enough development.

Overdevelopment already with Trinity Site, Warwick Gates, traffic gridlock, Lidl site, there is no more room for growth without total infrastructure overhaul, local schools over subscribed, erosion of green belt and serious flood risk to existing properties through further development, loss of area identity
