Site could be utilised at later date by future generations to improve social standing and public image of Coventry

It seems to me that this covers only historic sites in towns. There is plenty of sites of historic interest in the green belt around Kenilworth - e.g. The Pleasance accessed via Purlieu Lane.

Protecting the historic environment should not be lead by commercial gain. Financial support should be given by other means. the landscape policies for protecting historic building should be retained i.e views in an out (DAP4 DAP8).
