Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Yes but this is the usual "have you stopped beating your wife" question so popular with council questionaires. Building residential and commecial estates with inadequate parking can be seen all over the area on old and current developments and to contiue to expand both when the sewage system cannot cope is a stupidity beyond comprehension.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

No, needs to be more rigorous. Housing in Warwick Gates and Trinity School site are very large in height and too close together.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Reliance on some wooly future community involvement is a cop out by WDC.

Incorporate the CABE guidelines on design.

What gets primacy when various policies are in conflict; for example is the need for density in housing more important than sustainability or good design?

How does the need to protect the historic environment and existing townscapes and landscapes, square with the need for "better" buildings?

Environmental efficiency versus building character.

Protecting the "Amenity" of existing residents should be more important than new build levels. The WDC Distance Separation Guidelines need reaffirmation.

All housing should meet "parker morris standards" as part of the design guidance.

18a It is important when designing/planning a built environment that adequate importance is placed upon green space and growing land in the shape of gardens and allotments.
