Leamington is essentially a classical and stucco town. Please do not allow designate that are merely currently fashionable.

4. deal with construction waste

6. manage surface water and flood risk
7. encourage sustainable water use
8. protect watercourses
9. encourage public transport, walking and cycling
10. reduce car use
11. integrate green infrastructure into urban areas
12. moderate the urban heat island
13. help wildlife adapt to climate change
14. maximise the potential of public space
15. adapt public space to climate change
