It needs to be made clear that all these aspects are considered "up front" and agreement to them is a fundamental part of the process. Hence there must be apposition adopted at the time the Core Strategy developments are proposed. This should include drainage/flooding etc.

Where gardens are not possible eg flats adequate space must be found to provide green growing areas in the form of local collectives or establishing new allotments else we run the risk of healthy lifestyles being reduced

I disagree that high quality design has been implemented in recent years - Warwick Gates, for example, is lacking in adequate green spaces and housing is too dense.
