a) HS2 is not mentioned in Chapters 4 or 5 and should be. HS2 will have a significant impact on land east of Kenilworth and so should be evaluated. HS2 will and the development will be taking considerable amounts of agricultural land and there will be further impacts on the viability of agricultural holdings in this area.
b) There needs to be analysis of noise in the area - both existing and from HS2
