Using farmland at Stoneleigh should not be the first port of call. the surrounding roads are not fit for high traffic, do not have the same services and the use of this land effectively joins both Stoneleigh and Kenilworth to make a coventry conubation with is detrimetal to the wildlife of the area also

There are plenty of half used properties already in the Stoneleigh Park complex. These should be used rather than new employment. Far too much land in that area has already been decimated by the HS2 work.

Stoneleigh Park should be retained as an agricultural park, supporting the businesses that are located there. Investment should be encouraged to generate more employment and opportunities. Many exhibitions take place there so would lose huge revenue and job loss if it was forced to close.

Having moved to the area recently, one of the biggest benefits is the fact that it is quiet, calm and we’re surrounded by nature. The current doctors schools and amenities do not have the capacity to take on the amount of houses which have been provided, and there are no plans to extend these. Additionally more houses (including inevitable social housing) will bring the value down of the existing houses in the local area and will likely push others out.

What this space is used for is not described fully enough. How does this development relate to SG01 which is a huge development.

This area does not make sense, wrapped around HS2 and adjacent to the very noisy A46. Areas further away from these noise polluting corridors would make more sense.

There are no exceptional circumstances to warrant development in the green belt as there are sufficient strategic growth locations outside of the green belt.

This looks like green belt land , which we are loosing dramatically.
Kenilworth doesn’t have the infrastructure to cope with more houses and people.
Roads are not adequate to cope with more traffic this will produce.

Absolutely 100%. Regeneration of land (brownfield) in an area in need of. To market and bring new businesses and housing. Having lived in Warwickshire all my life it has disappointed me how the City of Coventry has declined over the years when it was once a vibrant hub. It is time to regenerate Coventry over the next 25 years and make it a place to go - socially, to live and to work.

Given it being an effective brownfield site and not utilised to its full this is a natural location for redevelopment of business commerce and housing.

The Stoneleigh Park (NAC) seems a sound location for employment growth as it already has various employment on site and it is close to major residential areas.

Building new houses in north Leamington is not only going to cause more traffic than we already have and the infrastructure won’t handle it. But more disappointingly it will ruin the countryside we have and that up market feel. Look at Warwick gates development it’s ruined and the traffic is colossal and the place looks like a tip. Leamington has been ruined enough without you building more trash in the best part of leamington.
