Yes – but suggest that the requirement for a bedroom to be large enough for 2 occupants should be more carefully defined eg “room for 2 of 900mm single beds with space of Xmm beside and between each”

2 enables unscrupulous developers to sell-on a site for market housing after 12 months by demonstrating no demand for self build.
Suggest that a developer should prove there is the demand and commitment for a specific site/location prior to putting in a planning application and that any consent falls away after 12 months if no building work has commenced in that time
3 carries no mechanism for proof that the self build will be occupied by the “self builder” or stipulate a minimum period of time that it must be so occupied

MIS. 1 appears elsewhere as SG13 for which comment has already been provided as follows:
The increase in the size of JLR land (currently used as a test track) would lead to access requirements from Lighthorne Road. This would be totally inappropriate given the road network within the centre of Kineton to the south, which cannot be altered. To the north the junction with The Fosseway is a location with frequent vehicle accidents and significant highway reconfiguration would be required. The Lighthorne Road is also narrow and, again, would require major widening

Supporting development that seeks to provide a substantial element of affordable office space is accepted BUT this must be within a BUAB.
Experience has shown that an approved application for office accommodation can subsequently be demonstrated as lacking demand and the application converted into residential. Attempts to breach Settlement Boundaries by offering "supported development of office accommodation" with subsequent variation must be avoided.
Similarly if the development takes place but not occupied Change of Use should not be permitted. The developer should revise tenancy type and/or charges

The wording in second bullet point seems to permit development outside of settlement boundaries if of an appropriate scale to location.
