There is a concern that the failure of Coventry city to redevelop brownfield sites lead to this District having to pick up the pieces. The drive to highlight their deficiencies must be maintained and highlighted.

The Aim for older people is not clear and in particular should cover a 'stable living environment' especially when they are plus 85 i.e.not moving care homes due to closure policy.

The Development of Town Centres should be balanced and the recent expansion of charity shops within Warwick is not assisting in the development in terms of their appeal to tourists. Comments from visitors are now well aired in the town to support this view.The town's appeal has to support the attraction.
