The proposals are draconian in concept and does not lead to workable solutions which satisfy acceptable criteria. The larger sites could possibly accommodate such guidelines but smaller sites would require much more research taking account of local need.

Unfortunately yes but careful design will be needed, to enable amenities and green areas for recreation to be incorporated.

Past experience has shown that so called experts do not taken account of the financial, human, amenity, and social issues of accelerated development. The recent developments in the District have not yet shaken down nor has the amenities and infrastructure caught up. Strongly against.
