South Wellesbourne has a unique character due to the airfield - this needs to stay as an active airfield with no further development encroaching on the runways and surrounding space. The road system in this area is already very congested particularly at weekends and bank holidays due to the existing market. Flooding is already an issue on many of the roads in the village due to poorly maintained drainage systems - more housing will only add to the problem as the developments off the Loxley road have already shown

As a concerned resident of Wellesbourne I object to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan.
Flood risk is a major concern. The area is already vulnerable, and further development would increase surface water runoff, heightening the risk of flooding.
Already overstretched local roads means worsening traffic congestion and pollution.
There is no clear plan to provide additional schools or healthcare services.These are already under pressure, and the proposed increase in housing would place even greater strain on them.
Any development needs to be in the main housing for single and young adults, we don't need any more large detached properties

Seems OK , but The area is predominantly rural, with limited access to existing Road Networks, Transportation hubs, Healthcare facilities and Education establishments.
