I wish to offer my concerns regarding the above. Hockley Heath village straddles the A3400 with small residential developments. There is a small local school, no GP, no pharmacy no banks or post office and a local hourly bus service. Over the years local facilities have diminished whilst population has grown. The small housing estates are adequate and the green belt should remain and not released or redesignated. Any new housing developments should simply be an extension of a larger town in the area.

As a resident on Stratford Road, I experience heavy traffic, especially during M40/M42 closures, which disturbs my family's sleep. The A3400 is alternative route for motorway traffic there is no more capacity. Solihull local plan has already concluded that only small developments are suitable so the the village can maintain it's character. In Hockley heath there is only one school, which is full and no doctors, also the road of park view if used as the entrance to the new build area would cause danger to local residents and significant congestion to Aylesbury Rd
If additional housing is require in Warwickshire, why build it on the boarder, wouldn’t it be better closer the Warwick where there is better inter-structure

Plans to build thousands of Homes around the M40 Junction 16 Corridor including Lapworth, Henley in Arden etc require a Southern access & Northern Exit from the M40 at Junction 16.
Without this traffic on the A3400 will become intolerable.
Infrastructure is essential prior to any building work being started.
Developers will not pay for Highways Infrastructure this has to be Government/County Council responsibility.
