Any further development of housing and commerce south of the River Avon should be conditional on new road infrastructure crossing the River Avon to the East and West of Stratford Upon Avon.

The infrastructure should be put in place first - at least one new river crossing that removes traffic from local villages such as Clifford Chambers, Long Marston, Welford on Avon and Binton.

These two proposals are unsustainable given the inadequaci=y of the road infrastructure around Stratford Upon Avon. There weight limited bridges at Welford on Avon and Bidford on Avon and the Clopton Brdige in Stratford is at capacity now.

There should be no large wind turbines close to any residential development.

There should be no wind turbine development that spoils the views in south warwickshire.

There should be no solar farm development on any agricultural land - we need it for food security.

There should be more grants to include solar generation on all commercial buildings and where appropriate on residential properities where the street scene is not damaged.
