Old Milverton and Blackdown Neighbourhood Area Designation

As you may be aware Old Milverton and Blackdown are situated outside of the current
defined coalfield area; consequently the Coal Authority has no specific comments to make
on the designation of the Neighbourhood Area.
In the interests of efficiency it is not considered to be necessary to consult the Coal
Authority on future drafts of the Old Milverton and Blackdown Neighbourhood
Development Plan. This letter can be used as evidence for procedural requirements in
relation to consultation
