Deeley Group has objected to the following:

1.Meeting Local Housing Needs, paragraph 6.3.9 - It is considered that the NDP should include for an additional site to come forward on land off Home Farm to further support growth of the village. The Omission Site - Home Farm is available and achievable and should be allocated as a residential site within paragraph 6.3.9.

2.Infill Development, paragraph 6.3.28, Policy LW8 - Paragraph 6.3.28 should be deleted from the NDP as it does not contribute to supporting sustainable development and does not meet the basic conditions test.
