Infrastructure in North Leamington is barely adequate. Drainage addressed in past but Warwick sewage works at capacity. New houses would require new sewage works.
Traffic also a problem; adding more houses would increase this further. What new roads are in place?
South Leamington well served by green areas. North Leamington not so with on footpath allowing access over fields. This will be through housing development,
Will see merger of Leamington and Kenilworth becoming suburb of Coventry which will disadvantage Leamington.
In South Leamington there is sufficient non green belt land to take housing and retain integrity of town.
