Local GP surgeries are at capacity and Bishops Tachbrook School is oversubscribed. Additional pupils with educational needs will add undue pressure.
No detail practices in the area.
No pavements connecting site to the village.
No bus stop serving the site and no space to provide one on a busy, high speed road.
Mallory Road/A429 junction is already busy at peak times so would be unsafe for caravans and towed vehicles.
Consequences of animals escaping the site and getting on the road would be severe.
Village does not offer employment opportunities.
Adverse visual impact on tourist routes into Warwick.
