Objects to development at Hatton Park. The Birmingham Road is already extremely busy and subject to fatal accidents, the proposed housing would increase traffic considerably increasing emissions and accidents. This is green land which should not be developed. The infrastructure is stretched to the limit already development would increase the strain on schools, doctors surgeries etc. One of the sites is adjacent to Hatton Locks which attracts many visitors, development would affect the visual beauty of the area and heritage dating 200 years. There would also be an affect on flora and fauna including endangered species. The adjacent canal would b a danger to children living in the new houses.
