Concern at housing at Hatton Park:
Inadequate infrastructure - doctors and dentists miles away. No places at Ferncumbe school.
Increased traffic danger on already congested roads and turn to Parkway rail station.
Greenfield site and green belt land off Barcheston Drive, which is currently used for leisure pursuits. Would have to be exceptional circumstances.
Access difficult and inclines dangerous in bad weather.
Hierarchy incorrect and Hatton should be small/feeder village.
Hatton Park doesn't need more houses, it needs facilities.
If devt takes place, only site offering least harm is R117.
Recognise need for housing when evidence based on not GreenBelt
