Gypsy and Traveller sites should be located within the proposed housing development in Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington Spa, as they could be fully integrated into the local community, close to amenities in permanent homes.
Should identify brownfield land in urban areas and revisit land north of Warwick & Leamington which would reduce pressure for development to south of district.
