-The Gladman's site retains all the same characteristics firmly rejected by the Council as part of its own detailed planning analysis, except for the fact that the traffic has almost doubled since the nineties.
-Offchurch Lane is already gridlocked and to exit our drive we are dependent on the good nature of queuing motorist to let us out. This situation will undoubtedly get worse should the proposed housing increases in Southam and surrounding district.
-Building on the site would make the access through the village totally impossible.
