-Risk of additional flooding to the roads in the village.
-Cubbington's infrastructure would not support the increase in demand for schools, medical surgeries and the additional impact on drainage and sewerage systems.
-It is government policy to protect the greenbelt against development unless exceptional circumstances, but this is not a case of exceptional circumstances.
-Increase in traffic, air pollution on B4453 Rugby road.
-The H50 development, coupled with it's close proximity to the proposed H52, will have a detrimental effect upon the landscape in this area.
