5bi Where are the planned roads, schools and services including land available for allotments. Warwick Gates are still waiting for the school promised by Gallagher when they built there. Who are the people and companies wishing to move here?

2500 dwellings represents approximately 2750 additional vehicles onto Harbury Lane,(on engineers'figures an extra 13,750 journeys onto this lane. Widening duallings etc, (presumably at developers' cost) would n ot avoid the problems ib Warwick-Castle Hill, Banbury Rd/Gallows Hill junction, Princes Drive , Parade, Leamington or Radford Road, Sydenham/Willes Road junctions - absolutely crazy !!!! - to introduce further sites of employment to add to this "prefered option" is, I repeat- CRAZY!!!

No - It is too dangerous now with traffic levels and roads cannot be altered within the area without affecting the quality of life for the residents.

Tachbrook Park is alread a large spread of severe hangar-style structures which ruin the approach to Warwick and Leamington Spa for visitors and residents. This would not be tolerated on Kenilworth Road.

More units that will lay endlessly dormant - no! Where does the council think that the businesses/jobs to fill these units will come from?
There are numerous examples of industrial units in the area that have not been taken up - why add to them!

Yes but I am concerned that residents of that southern area are to lose an important area of open land - a lung for that part of the city.

Object mainly because the roads around here are all jammed up in the rush hour and there is no capacity for any more communities on the M40 - Europa Way axis.
