A risk assessment undertaken by the Fire Brigade assured residents that their timber built residents would not be at risk as the fire services were in reach on the site in 3 minutes. The additional traffic could compromise this safety limit. A similar concern is expressed about access to the ambulance services.
There is also concern about the impact of the development on sewage and waste water removal. Severn Trent should be consulted and the costs calculated.Difficult to consider without any infrastructure details.
