Close to residential development and contrary to peaceful and integrated co-existence.
Remote location contrary to criteria of need for convenient access to GP surgery (none in Barford), school and public transport, provision of utilities, services, waste disposal, etc..
Also at variance with avoiding locations having adverse impact on natural environment or without harm to character of area - location in rural area that will be badly affected.

Vehicle access would be dangerous to and from the site.
No access to facilities (e.g. doctors, schools etc.) thereby increasing car journeys.
Site is unavailable and not deliverable.
More suitable and sustainable to identify Brownfield sites within the urban areas of Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington.
Should meet Gypsy and Traveller requirements through proposed major new housing developments in Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington as more suitable, sustainable and integrated.
Should review Green Belt and allow sites north of Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth.

Strong objection as site is adjacent to the B4100 highway and M40 motorway.
The B4100 is extremely dangerous with the volume of traffic expanding each year. There is also increased use of the two motorway junctions and more recently Oakley Wood is being promoted as an amenity area for lifestyle living.

Site is situated on landfill.
Unsafe access and egress via busy main road.

Material negative impact on Barford St. Peter's School, especially given 70-90 new dwellings proposed for the village.
Location doesn't allow for peaceful and integrated co-existence with the local community.
Unavailable and so not deliverable.

Impact on local schools will be an issue. Barford St Peters is an already over subscribed SMALL village school. It has already been indicated in the local plan that more housing in the area will be built. The school will not cope with increase in numbers of pupils.
These areas are not close to local communities and do not allow ' peaceful and integrated co-existence with the local community'
Access by vehicles will be difficult and dangerous. Potential safety issue.
This is an historic landfill sites, not suitable for occupation
Site does not have access to local amenities such as doctors surgeries, schools etc. People would need to use a vehicle which adds more pressure to roads and impact on environment.

This is close to M40 and will be subject to noise disturbance. The site is very close to the Guide Bogs for the Blind National Breeding Centre. The site is not within walking distance of supermarkets, a town centre or any other essential amenities. The small rural community of Bishop's Tachbrook does not have a school or facilities that is suitable to accommodate the requirements. The site is not within walking distance of supermarkets, a town centre or any other essential amenities. The small rural community of Bishop's Tachbrook does not have a school that is suitable to accommodate the extra 20 to 30 children that could be living at this site as the school is already at capacity.

Site would put undue pressure on a busy GP surgery.
The primary school is already at capacity.
The Gypsy and Traveller community are more likely to need specialist educational needs which the school cannot cater for.
Public transport is limited within the parish with no pavements adjoining the sites - pedestrian access would be dangerous.
Site is on a main road making safe access difficult.
The Guide Dogs for the Blind National Breeding Centre is on this site. The noise from dogs barking is likely to be detrimental to residents' well-being.
The site has limited access to utilities.
There is a strong potential visual impact on the approach to historic Warwick. Tourism in Warwick is very important to the local economy and any impact would severely damage the town.
There is very strong local opposition to the site - it would not promote a peaceful and integrated co-existence.
Gypsies and travellers often have dogs and the issues with cross breeding could be detrimental to the sustainability of the charity. There may also be illnesses or viruses carried by residents' dogs who have brought them from far away and which, if caught by the guide dogs, could be damaging to the charity's work.

It is wrong that this site is allocated for people who choose to live by a set of parameters of their own making (often outside the law) and who pose a threat to the peace and quiet of Bishops Tachbrook. There must be a piece of ground somewhere in Warwickshire that would better suit Gypsies and Travellers.

Cannot access local community facilities (schools, doctors etc) on foot or bike via a pedestrian footpaths or cycle routes, or by bus which is unsustainable and places further pressure on local highway infrastructure.
Material negative impact on the capacity of Barford St. Peter's School.
Will not allow peaceful and integrated co-existence with the local community.

Understand gypsy community not in favour of internal toilet facilities which will upset locals.
Concerned about how site will be monitored in terms of number of people living there, security, crime levels, paying of taxes etc.
Who will pay for monitoring, policing, cleaning up, reduction in property prices, increases in insurance costs?
Impact on visual amenity, local services (schools etc.) and infrastructure and the general disruption to local community.

Close to guide dogs for the blind national breeding centre.
Site too remote from major centres.
On major road with no pedestrian access.
Undue pressure on infrastructure and services. School in Bishops Tachbrook single form entry and wouldn't be able to cope with even a small G & T site. Would be wrong to push out existing children with ties to the community.

There is unlikely to be capacity at the school or health centre in Bishops Tachbrook to support the needs of this site. There are also safety concerns about large vehicles turning off busy roads such as Banbury Road, Mallory Road and Europa Way.
The site could have an impact on infections for the National Guide Dogs Breeding Centre.. Tghe proposals could also have a negaitive impact on Oakley Wook and the peaceful setting of the crematorium.

Adjacent to busy Banbury Road. Close to listed buildings and working farm.
Guaranteed impact on approach road to 'Historic Warwick'. No pedestrian access.
Close proximity to Oakley Wood and crematorium. Residents support work to return wood to ancient status maintaining peace and tranquility. Crematorium demands peace and dignity in honour of deceased.
Gypsies and Travellers would not have same respect. It would provide childrens playground and free run for dogs. General noise would ensue.
Guide dogs in tranquil location at present and would not be with Gypsies dogs causing disturbacne and potentially carrying disease.
