Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Not clear as to why Gtalt15 is not marked as green as different criteria seem to have been given to this and other sites.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Sites GT17, 18 and 20 are absolutely ideal for a development of this type. There is not a single criterion that is not met by these sites.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

It is not mentioned in the commentary within Section 7 that for GT19:

Ecological factors are important - the site is adjacent to the canal, and occupation/development of this site will impact on the visual amenity of the Grand Union Canal.

Council's own documents show this land has a high sensitivity to housing development.

The Grand Union Canal Local Wildlife Site is adjacent to the site.

Why was point 3 not mentioned in Section 7 of this document?
Why is GT19 proposed as a Preferred Site given this sensitivity?

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

For GT19 the consultation document states: "Services available on site as currently used by Caravan and Camping Club". This is seemingly presented as a factor supporting GT19 as a Preferred Site. However, the commentary for site GTalt22: "As a Camping and Caravan Club site, this use would not be suitable" is not a supporting factor.

Please explain this contradiction.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

For GT19, the consultation document states as a supporting factor:"Possible use of existing access points" but there is no credible solution for allowing large vehicles to turn into a constrained site off a busy road.

How does this compare with the commentary for site GTalt22: "Access would have to be shared with Camping and Caravan Club access", which is presented as a negative?
Please respond.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Other sites such as Harbury Lane would be more suitable than GT12 although such sites should be planned as part of the major developments around Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The siting of all the G&T sites south of river causes concern. Sites to the north of the river that were previously identified have not now been included.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Do not understand reasons for not considering GT01 and GTalt16
If reasons include partial flood zones and smells emanating from sludge lagoons then not suitable for employment either. Huge areas of land - surely small area could be used for Gyspy/Traveller site. WDC owns part of land so no CPO needed. When Council owns land that could be made available, this should be considered
