SG7 and 8 provide separation (purpose of green belt that needs to be retained) keeping Cubbington a village/separate to Lillington. this will be lost if you build on these sites. It will also make it a huge sprawl of houses given how big lillington is already. There is one road into Leam/south leam where supermarkets are and employment - which already gets congested. There is only 1 secondary school locally which is already over subscribed (N.Leam). The green belt provides access to public walks/health for a socially deprived area, for free! Good for physical and mental health

SG 5, 7 and 8 provide a fantastic habitat for a wide variety of wildlife - badgers, newts, hedgerow birds such as sparrows (some of these are in the 27 protected species identified by Warwickshire council) They are also bat flight paths. Value and celebrate this - don't decimate this. There is no inclusion of ways to sustain this wildlife in the plan.

I would like to express my objection to further housing developments in the Budbrooke / Hatton area.
I have walked this area for many years with a friend and it is an area of unspoilt countryside. We also walk along the tow path near Hatton Locks.
It would be another expanse of countryside lost for further housing - then it would be lost forever. Please take my objection into consideration.
I myself live near Whitnash, the first phase of 'Warwick Gates'. There are so many different housing developments being built beyond this area, that it will very shortly link up with Bishops Tachbrook. So many houses and not enough infrastructure, just mass housing, everywhere. Now I see that even more houses are going to be built near
Gallows Hill. Traffic is already very busy in this area - we are losing our green spaces and I'm very sad about it.

This area is wrong for this kind of development, the Stanks roundabout on the A46 is already incredibly busy at peak times and cannot handle the significant extra traffic that this site would generate. Along with this, this land is incredibly prone to flooding and a development like this would only exacerbate the issues.

Too much pressure on road infrastructure, doctors, schools. No employment locally. Warwick already has more commitment and less need than Stratford. Local villages and roads cannot support closure on a46 or traffic bottlenecks as it is. No need for green belt site expansion. Needles wildlife impact and the drainage and water runoff is a terrible problem already this would only put pressure on this. Not enough local amenities for villages as it is. Especially in hampton magna. Why wreck green belt when there are plenty of urban options it makes no sense.

Inappropriate use of green belt land when other sites are available. Negative effect on wildlife and water system and drains with drastic climate change evident. Irresponsible when there are currently not enough amenities like doctors, schools, shops as it is for local villages. Jobs are not local. Stratford has less commitment and more need. Roads and traffic are awful as it is. Flooding closed the a46 and gridlocked local roads this year. No laws to protect current locals by holding no developers to account to build more amenities, drainage schools and doctors shops. Irresponsible use of green belt

The additional traffic generated by development will have a detrimental impact on the surrounding roads (Henley road and Birmingham road) especially on race days.
Any housing put on this site will be subject to considerable noise pollution from the A46
The additional development will have a detrimental impact on Jubilee wood in terms of extra footfall
Aylesford school does not have sufficient capacity to take on the extra pupils who will come to live on this new development
Housing on this new development is likely to be bought by people whose place of work is either London or Birmingham.

This area is unsuitable for building on, either industrial, commercial or residential. It adjoins the Warwick horse racing track which will impact the lovely nature of the area.
It is a very popular walking area with its open quiet green space. In todays busy and noisy world, local spaces like this are imperative to peoples healthy lives.
It is prone to flooding from Gog Brook and the land is also a flood plane.
Traffic access to this area has not been disclosed but it’s impact on the local road system will cause congestion, noise and pollution.

The development West Of Warwick impacts negatively on our main Hospital in Warwick causing journies to Coventry Hospital to meet demand. This is not a sustainable and safe solution going forward. The additional development adds further to roads which are blighted by congestion. These proposals make traffic worse not better. The combined impact of over development is already seeing noise and traffic polution worsen. Examples of major roadworks on entrance to Leamington and Warwick shows that warwick cannot cope with current capacity.

This location appears to only have road access onto the A4177 and thence to the A46 at an already busy, traffic light controlled island. Increased traffic volumes will cause unacceptable and dangerous queuing, quite possibly on the off-slips. The slip roads onto the A46 in both directions have significant visibility issues and an increase in commercial vehicle volume would make serious accidents a reality unless improvements to the roads are carried out prior to beginning any developments.

Leamington has already exploded in the past five years. The roads are jammed, the services are overstretched and the vast housing developements and population explosion is changimg the character of the area and making it unpleasant. Infrastructure cannot cope with all the new 29,000 homes being concentrated in a few massive developments in the area particularly south Leamington and Whitnash which is gridlocked. These houses need to be fully dispersed across the whole of warwickshire with every town and village taking a handful of them. This woudl be a fairer, more sustainable appproach as the infratrusture wil alsways play catch-up.

Hampton Magna and it's surrounding areas are beautiful rural places, which have already become overdeveloped. The once peaceful areas, now have heavily increased traffic levels. If this plan were to go ahead, I would be very concerned about the huge amount of traffic, on our already heaving roads. The local infrastructure cannot cope with the additional road users, with the amount of vehicles on the road currently. If this were to increase, I strongly believe the traffic it will cause, will be ridiculous.
Warwick is a beautiful and historic town, who's character is slowly but surely being destroyed.

This is effectively green belt being developed and is unappropriate. A collaboration of local parish councils west of Warwick have long envisioned a 'green corridor' that joins them to the centre of Warwick and developement of this site as proposed would prevent that occuring. It was also create a physical barrier for wildlife that migrates to/from the area around Warwick Racecourse. Development on the other side of the A46 has already lead to flooding of the A46 and further development is likely to compound this.
