With a sustainable land supply, continual new settlements are not sustainable, therefore it should not happen. Moreover, the fertility rate in the UK is less than 2 therefore there is no need for new development in the UK.

I absolutely do not support - too much development with too little infrastructure. The roads cannot handle the traffic, the water mains constantly burst, the schools are oversubscribed, the GPs are in desperate need of updating and cannot handle the current number. Lack of other services, etc. No I will never support.

This area is more suitable as there are good transport links and connectivity to Leamington, Warwick and Coventry providing good facilities to support additional housing and employment opportunities. This would also be a natural expansion of the urban area which would have less impact on the openness of the green belt than developing isolated locations in the green belt.

There has been a significant amount of infrastructure already been built to support this growing community such as new schools, doctors surgeries, roads as well as a good range of transports links into Leamington. It also fits the 20 minute town plan with many major employers in the area as well as a large business park which increases the need for houses for the staff.

Map is outdated, a 250 acre Solar Farm is currently being built at Chesterton Fields Farm, (CV33 9JY) which will remove 1/4 of this land as it will be covered in solar panels by September 25.
We already experience issues with our water supply failing since 75 additional houses were built in Bishops Tachbrook without the supply having an upgrade. We also regularly have sewage overflowing in the village due to the existing infrastructure not coping.
The last 20 x years development and future plans are turning this area into a place where we don't want to live anymore.

Yes, again provided adequate infrastructue is provided to coincide with the occupation of the initial part of the development, including adequate transport facilities. Transport faciities will be very important here and a good safe cycle route to Whitnash and Leamington areas.

As this land is very close to Whitnash and therefore can benefit from the facilities and infrastructure of very nearby Warwick/Leamington Spa this makes the most sense as a potential new development site although only if all brownfield and SG sites are already exhausted.
