Self build and custom developments should be just that, the 12 month marketing time limit is far too short. This should not be avilable at all, its open to abuse and has been !

There is no difference to providing planning permission for a normal de=welling to providing a pitch. All CiL, S106 and Council taxes should be applied.

Clearly this is good.
Proposed new town E1 doesnt have any employment proposal, so should be removed due to the obvious unsustainability of it.

Any further development of housing and commerce south of the River Avon should be conditional on new road infrastructure crossing the River Avon to the East and West of Stratford Upon Avon.
The infrastructure should be put in place first - at least one new river crossing that removes traffic from local villages such as Clifford Chambers, Long Marston, Welford on Avon and Binton.

MIS.2 - Long Marston Airfield
MIS.3 - Long Marston Rail Innovation Centre
These two proposals are unsustainable given the inadequaci=y of the road infrastructure around Stratford Upon Avon. There weight limited bridges at Welford on Avon and Bidford on Avon and the Clopton Brdige in Stratford is at capacity now.
No new development south of the River Avon until new river crossings are established.

Atherstone Airfield is not a sustainble growth area given the inadequacies of the road infrasturcture.
New river crossings are needed to the West and Esast of Stratford before this site in brought forward.

This sounds like a recipe for uncontrolled development in open countryside. The rules here need to be tight and enforced.
We need food from our agriculutral land not more solar farms and further housing development.

There should be no large wind turbines close to any residential development.
There should be no wind turbine development that spoils the views in south warwickshire.
There should be no solar farm development on any agricultural land - we need it for food security.
There should be more grants to include solar generation on all commercial buildings and where appropriate on residential properities where the street scene is not damaged.
