THis policy is missing the existing residential communities.
It should be more inclusive and encurgae the retrofitting of high speed infrastructure where new development is added to an existing community.

A laudable ambition but its abused at the moment and therefore doesnt achieve its intended goals.
There needs to be a better way to ensure complance.
include some simple principals eg: take a tree out and you have to replace it 2 for 1.

Councils should do more that just 'seek' to provide open spaces. they should get actively involved and not just through the planning process.

THis policy is goo but needs to be more specfic and define what an area of restraint is !! ie: conservation areas and village views and vistas etc etc

This must include the local environments around existing village boundaries. this imposition of large housing developments on the outter edges of villages destroys the views, vistas and landscapes around them.

Large scale renewable projects such as solar farms ruin the visual amenity of the countrisde and should not be allowed on agricultural land. Agro land should be used for food production/
They are an eyesore and are damaging to the communities that are close by.
