The Council's submissions to date seem to completely ignore the potential of a natural expansion to the south east of Hockley Heath which would be an excellent location for future growth benefitting from established local services and connectivity to existing and future employment areas some of which, such as the HS2 Hub, are designed to provide for Regional/Sub-Regional growth needs. Growth to the south east of Hockley Heath would also be well contained and would minimise long term and unconstrained impact into the greenbelt. Similarly, Rowington/Shrewley also offers potential for substantial and sustainable growth in the form of a new village.
