It is obvious that since large scale developments have happened in South Warwickshire, along with HS2, that the amount of heavy Lorry’s has increased. This should be connected to the state of the roads deteriorating during the same time frame.

I would like to suggest that it is responsibility, that when planning permission is given to build anything, the developer is made responsible for filling in and making good any damaged roads within a certain perimeter of that development. I will leave it to you to agree how far that perimeter should be.

I can not see why tax payers should have to pay for the damage done by heavy trucks that developers use to make themselves richer.

There will be minimal uptake of rail. Most people moving to the area come from the south and will remain in those higher paying jobs and commute by car - as Wilmcote and Bearly stations will be utterly impractical in terms of getting to Oxford, Bucks, etc......

Traffic problems is a constant stranglehold in Stratford so this is only going to get worse, and don't be counting on electric vehicles as an offset as sales have been dropping across the country. Increased spending on the rail network with links to London is what is required.
