The area has several footpaths and is much used by walkers and cyclists. NB Feldon Cycleway.

Light pollution from M40 services and other developments is already an issue in the area and is impacting wildlife.

Flooding is already an issue in villages in the area.

There is minimal bus provision and is miles from any rail way station.
