Do you support or object to the preferred option for the Natural Environment, particularly in respect of amendments to the Area of Restraint designation?
Representation ID: 33653
Received: 25/09/2009
Respondent: A C Lloyd
Agent: Barton Willmore
We do not object in principle to the designation of an Area of Restraint between Heathcote Farm and Bishops Tachbrook. However, the boundary should be amended adjacent to the village in order to allow for some limited development and should therefore follow the line of the most northern part of the village. The boundary should also be flexible to allow for local services and facilities.
The designation between Leamington and Radford Semele should also be amended to allow for some limited development adjoining the village. The exact line should follow the most western part of the development.
