OBJECT to the following policy wording:
k) "provision of emergency services infrastructure and other issues that may be identified" - this requirement is too general and needs more clarification in terms of scale and associated costs. We would request that "and other issues that may be identified" is removed from the text.
With respect to item g), we would also note that consideration has been given by Lioncourt to the option of a station within the Kings Hill site. An initial feasibility study has been carried out which identifies a number of issues with this location

Query how sites within the boundary of the City of Coventry will benefit "from a key set of objectives" (New Para 1.4) a where there are separate plans and policies in force. Greater clarity required on how Warwick DC will facilitate ongoing discussions regarding infrastructure provision with Coventry City Council, outside Memorandum of Understanding.
New Paragraph 1.10 confirms that proposals for Kings Hill will need to accord with the requirements of all other relevant policies in the Local Plan. Have undertaken a review of the Submitted Policies dated February 2015 as part of consultation response.

Suggest that where these comments have significant bearing on the Kings Hill allocation and its overall ability to assist in meeting the revised housing target for Warwick, these should be afforded significant weight by the Local Planning Authority.
