Site SG04 can be seen from the castle, a grade 1 listed building, and should not go ahead. If it did it would have a damaging impact on the cultural heritage of the historic town of Kenilworth and be an eyesore visible from the castle.

With regards to the land west of Knightcote (G1) this is a place enjoyed by many as part of the view from the Burton Dassett hills. It is part of a leisure drive.. and absolutely should be protected, left alone and not built on.

Preserving the historic centre of Stratford is our highest priority. In particular this means repurposing buildings of historical importance or architectural merit, even if they are not listed. Also it means reducing traffic volumes and air pollution in the town centre and pollution in the river.
