Infrastructure and services are lagging behind new build occupations. There will undoubtedly be considerably more development than the 3,000+ houses for which consent has already been granted. I see that a rail connection from the MOD Kineton spur has been mooted. A parkway station within easy reach for Upper Lighthorne would be a boon to residents and reduce reliance on JLR and AML for employment, with easy access to covenytry and Birmingham to the north, and Banbury, Oxford and London to the south.

This is a very rural area that is not blighted by the motorway or HS2 and should not therefore be developed further.

I am unclear whether or not this proposal was envisaged when the Lighthorne initial development was conceived, however, development to date has fundamentally changed the area and put a huge strain on the infrastructure. I suggest detailed local consultation before any development goes ahead with a particular focus on infrastructure implications

This area has had major house building recently. More could be added with a careful look at the facilities available to people and families. Also some businesses other than the car industry. So much building has gone on that this area is practically a new town. New facilities, schools, parks, sport facilities, shops would help to give it an identity.

This will have a detrimental impact on the residential amenity and the visual impact on the area - this is overdeveloping an area with no amenities - there is one shop, and a primary school, but no doctor's surgery, no pub, no church, which is damaging both to the population of the new development, but also those already living in the area.

I do not support - too much development with too little infrastructure. This is a rural area and this will also disturb the natural habitat and green areas.

It would be good for more people to live within walking distance of their employer - there is a large employer here (JLR), more homes should be close by.

Significant harm to the character of the landscape, lack of rail connectivity, lad of educational and health infrastructure, further increasing traffic movements through Lighthorne to JLR and Aston Martin. An enlargement of this current new settlement would have a catastrophic impact on local communities.

The ongoing developments in an around Knightcote/Lighthorne/Gaydon and Kineton are having a detrimental effect with heavy traffic and delays due to the vast amount of builds over the past 5 years. In typical SDC behaviour its all about the money from land and build house after house. I have seen zero investment on infrastructure to support and no signs the council will do so moving forwards. It scares me how your constituency wastes local tax payers' money.

We do not agree with this cluster being included in the plan. The sites within the cluster perform very badly on the objective scoring system and should be eliminated.

This is an already identified development area with local employment opportunities at JLR, etc and unsurpassed connections to the M40 and mainline rail through the existing spur to Kineton.
A financial case needs to be made to government and/or Great British Railways to build the few kilometres needed to reach Jaguar, improve the junction and build a new station. See Chiltern Railway's successful Project Evergreen to Oxford.

The proposed development offers strong transport links, including good road connections, potential for a new Chiltern Line railway station, and HS2 access for faster commuting. It could reduce congestion in Stratford while meeting housing needs with minimal environmental impact. New settlements would prevent urban sprawl, preserving Green Belt land and protecting existing infrastructure. Strategic planning, rather than land availability, should guide development.

Various flooding, listed building and ancient monument factors - sites perform very badly on objective scoring system and should be eliminated - not in conformance with Strategic Objective - sites promote car use and no public transport - biodiversity is not increased by building over open countryside but actively damages environmental assets
