SG13 would be a great location for new developments as there are many job opportunities and existing road connections. I personally know many people who work in the car industry in Gaydon that live in Stratford and Leamington who would consider moving there which would lead in a decrease in traffic in those towns. There’s also an opportunity for a new railway station in the area which would decrease traffic even further.

This location has good existing road connections as well as potential for the new Chiltern line railways station (only 2 miles from the proposed homes). The HS2 could also offer links here to key commuting areas.
This location would alleviate the pressure on Stratford's congestion which is already a problem for local residents, and would avoid urban sprawl which is straining existing infrastructure in Stratford.
This area, along with SG14, could contribute to meeting the housing needs required in Stratford District with the least environmental impact and help to preserve other greenbelt land that has more ecological or historical significance.

The local road infrastructure has much more capacity which could handle increased demand from new homes. As well as the road infrastructure, there is potential for new railway station to be introduced on the existing Chiltern line which would only be 2 miles from the development site.
Development on this land would satisfy housing needs while not needing to develop on green belt land.

The infrastructure of this area is relatively well placed to support new housing developments. As well as jobs in the local area existing road networks and potential rail network developments would cope better with an increase in population than the Stratford town infrastructure. Development here would result in less loss of greenbelt land and less urban sprawl.

Significant employment directly in the area driving housing need potential. Is a strategic commerce centre to grow, adding to potential housing demand. Already upgraded M40 junctions provides access to other centres of Banbury. Combined with either G1 F2 or F3, would justify a "Hanbury" parkway to link to key North / South commuting route and associated employment centre of Leamington / Birmingham / Banbury and Oxford, along with London.

Large local employer in JLR with new road infrastructure, close to M40 motorway.
Excellent rail network with HS2 close by. Also potential for new Chiltern line rail station 2 miles away from homes.
Would take some pressure of overstretched Stratford upon Avon.
This would meet all local housing needs with the least impact on the environment, reduce the impact on green belt land.

There are good job opportunities nearby, along with existing road connections. Additionally, there is potential for a new Chiltern line railway station just 2 miles from homes, which could serve as a parkway station. HS2 could also offer quick links to key commuting areas.

Developments already taking place and further extensions can be accomodated.
This loation has connections to existing road infrastructure and nearby employment opportunities.
Potential rail links (Chiltern line and HS2) are within a short distance from the homes.
Congestion would considered during the early stages of development rather then retro-fitting into existing road networks.
Development here would prevent urban sprawl in existing towns and protect greenbelt.

I believe this location represents an appropriate use of brown and green belt land to develop a new settlement that can include all the necessary amenities needed without impacting on already overstretched towns like Stratford.
There are good links to existing roads available now, and future opportunity to utilise the nearby rail links , both affording access to local and commutable job opportunities

gaydon is well served with its own junction from M4o which makes a lot of sense, other areas on the plan will cause greater congestion, may locations housing has already been added that will put the local road infrastruture under more strain that it can already handle

There are excellent, high quality job opportunities particularly with JLR and Aston Martin on the doorstep along with excellent road connections including the M40, providing easy access is provided to local towns. This would support housing growth by strategic need and not just land availability. This site does not impact greenbelt land which should be preserved. It does not add to the urban sprawl and congestion of Stratford upon Avon.
