I am opposed to development on the site adjacent to the Clopton House Meadow Local Wildlife Site and the Welcombe Hills Local Nature Reserve. The release of this greenbelt land is unacceptable and contrary to the fundamental principles of sustainable development and greenbelt policy. Protecting the greenbelt is essential for safeguarding our landscapes, maintaining openness, and ensuring that development takes place in appropriate locations, respecting both the natural environment and the long-term public interest. I am attaching the area of the site that I do not consider to be suitable for development.
