Generally support, BUT the existing heritage and historical integrity should not be sacrificed for short term gain.
Good quality design is very subjective as a concept

4a Develop a culture where the local community is engaged and encourage to partake in local gardening activities to grow food including allotments from existing land and future provision. WDC needs to use its food producing land as effectively as possible to provide for our present and future needs as imports from overseas with carbon miles become more expensive with the changing climate and with 3rd world food demand increasing. Self sufficiency and building on food producing land do not go together.

Little if any consideration was given to Whitnash as a separate village to Leamington. No protection was offered and virtually all green field sites within Whitnash boundary have now been built upon or allocated.

no i do not because it is based onspurious unproven assumptions as to real housing needs and vacant land and properties.

The extension of 'Conservation Areas' to include all pockets of buildings and open spaces of historical and environmental interest would assist in ensuring full consideration is given to any future developments. This as itemised in items 12 & 13 of the 'strategic Objectives'.

The extension of the 'conservation Areas' to include all pockets of buildings and open spaces of both historical and environmental interest would assist in ensuring that full consideration is given to the impact of any future development. This as stated in items 12 & 13 of the 'Strategic Objectives'.

Vital that "citizens are engaged in decision making" and their views are acted upon, not merely noted.

Maintain current strong economy but do not engage on massive unsustainable imposed population/housing expansion. Protect the historic environment for future generations. Do not over develop.

Build new properties as long as the green belt is not touched. Flooding fears need to be addressed especially in Wellesbourne and the 150 homes planned to be built near Kineton Road and Brookside Avenue.

'Our community has actively minimised environmental impacts' and 'there is a vibrant, viable and sustainable rural community' are two objectives which are blatantly not being met by deciding to build on green belt land.

Partially, sone of the objectives are in conflict with one another, eg: development of housing and retention of playing fields for a healthy lifestyles.
