The Europa Way developments already look so depressing and there's nothing for anyone to do there. Focus on building amenities for these communities before building more houses.

Subject to careful thought on infrastructure, not just more and more housing, or this becomes a car-based location, highly unsustainable. Need the bus and cycle routes with FULL connectivity to town centres and facilities. Need local centres with local provision in walking distance. Developers should not be allowed to only deliver the housing. The character of these places could also be dramatically improved. Current 'anywhere'. Same standard housebuilder boxes. Needs a lot more effort to make it 'Leamington/Warwick' specific. Add character as a key requirement in place-making.

Leamington and the surrounding areas simply don't have the road infrastructure to cope with additional housing so close to the town centre. A significant amount of housing has already been added in the south of Leamington/Warwick which has caused a significant increase in congestion in getting in/out/around the the local area during peak hours/weekends. Given the location of the M40, getting in/out of south Leamington is already quite challenging at those time as well, without adding more traffic. New housing would be better suited in new the new settlement format where it won't add to the already overloaded infrastructure.

this area has had a large amount of housing built within the last few years. It has excellent links to major roads. It probably needs a consolidation period but new housing could be located here in the future with careful planning.

This is too much like uncontrolled urban sprawl - development should be contained N of A41 and M40 - if it carries on like this it will eventually merge with Newbold Pacey and Wellesbourne...

This proposal represents urban sprawl at its worse and removes good qualuty agricultural land and open space in an area that has already suffered much loss around a historic county town. There is also poor access ti the motorway travelling from the south putting unnecessay pressure on the Banbury Road

The existing developments in this area have already caused significant disruption and highlighted the lack of community infrastructure. It has placed an immense strain on routes into both Warwick and Leamington because the 'in town' areas are unable to adapt to the increase in traffic. Traffic flows are awful (and will continue to be even after the 'improvements'), particularly around Princes Drive, Emscote Road and Myton Road, not to mention traffic up Europa Way.

If possible a new junction should be considered in this area to combine J13 and J14, as the distance to/from J15 is too short, and traffic is a serious problem in this area already.

Significant harm to the character of the landscape and increasing traffic congestion to Warwick and Leamington Spa plus the M40 - further urbanisation of the area.

Although SG09 benefits from being close to the main road network it is already a nightmare to travel into Leamington this way. This has only become more difficult with the ongoing new build locations on the south of Leam. Its a no go driving area at peak times.

Positive transport links will require further road improvements but Leamington and Warwick is a sought after location but this should only go to the Europa Way Island meets the A452 - the boundary.

I am concerned about the proposals for new settlements and industries near the M40 in Waspington and Barford. There has been insufficient consideration for the necessary facilities to support the increased population and traffic. As a nurse at Warwick Hospital, I see how services are already overwhelmed, with a lack of beds and GP appointments leading to more A&E visits. Local emergency services are also underfunded. I believe it is crucial to develop infrastructure for current residents and businesses before expanding further. I cannot support these developments until proper infrastructure is in place.

Potential with other prior development in the area to become a self sustaining community, but also with immediate and easy access to the M40 corridor, which offers potential for both Commerce and commuters.
With improved local bus services could provide easy access to main line Leamington station offering multiple alternate destinations, including fast services to London.
